Policies

Payment
Currently we can only accept a bank transfer or cash, you can pay with credit card via Stripe but this must be done prior to arrival (there is a $5 fee if using this service). If you are booking in advance we require payment 7 days prior to arrival.
Bookings through other websites like AirBnB and Booking.com will have to be paid immediately when booking is made.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. In the case of a no show the guest will be charged.
In case of an Alert Level change (only applies to Level 3 + 4), we will offer a full refund regardless of the notice given.

Child Policy

The barrels have a double bed and comfortably sleep two adults, there is a sofa which could be made into a single bed. We have put a portacot in the cabin before but that doesn’t leave much space. Please enquire if you are wanting to bring a child and we will do our best to accommodate.

Rates*

Rates above are our standard rates, some exclusions apply. There is a two night minimum stay over Christmas (24th - 26th of December - $135/$145), New Years (31st Dec and 1st Jan - $135/$145), Easter (Good Friday or Easter Monday - $135/$145), Public Holiday Weekends (Friday - Sunday $125/$135), Omaka Classic Fighters Airshow, Marlborough Wine and Food Festival and St Clair Half Marathon (please enquire).

*We require a 2-night minimum stay Friday + Saturday only in our Riroriro Barrel
